Luxury Clubhouse & Golf Simulator

Our brand new clubhouse features fine design, plush custom leather seating, and our top-of-the-line golf simulator. Our Foresight Sports GCHawk will amaze even the most experienced player, but it is tremendously fun for anyone. The clubhouse is comfortable, beautiful, and entertaining in ALL seasons. 

Available to Black Canyon Wimberley guests and Hill Country locals for company meetings, bachelor parties, holiday parties, birthday parties for all ages, rehearsal dinners, sports-watching gatherings, team-building activities… We will show any group a great time!

Private Party and Meeting Packages start at only $100/hour. Our clubhouse allows for up to 30 people comfortably. For a golf-focused gathering, we recommend smaller groups.

Pool & Fireplace Pavilion INCLUDED with Lodging Buy-outs

We have seven Modern Cabins to sleep 24 of your favorite people. We also have seven clean and quiet RV Sites that your group can use for bringing RVs for lodging or for more parking for your day guests.

When you book all of our lodging for your celebration, this includes our pool complex to host your private events - birthday parties, retreats, anniversary and graduation parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, bridal showers & luncheons, workshops, farewell brunches, rehearsal dinners, fireside wine and cheese or coffee and donuts... Pool volleyball, waterpolo setups, and more are available to entertain your group. Even in non-swimming months, it's the perfect spot to gather.

Event Coordination

We offer in-house coordination to assist with any planning and all budgets. DIY, simple add-ons, and full event management packages are available.
